Gurvinder Mangat, MD

Gurvinder Mangat, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at SEVA Concierge Medicine (Seva Family Medicine), providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care to families in Parker, Colorado. Our office is in the Alpine Building, fourth floor, on the Parker Adventist Hospital campus.
Originally from Punjab, India, Dr. Mangat moved to Calgary, Canada, in 1995. He graduated with honors from Xavier University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he served as chief resident. His residency honors included awards for chief resident, best senior resident, and outstanding resident in pediatrics.
After residency, he worked as a hospitalist and clinical preceptor with the Baptist Family Medicine Residency Program in Montgomery, Alabama, where he received an excellence in teaching award. Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, Dr. Mangat values clear communication and treatment plans shaped around each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Mangat and his family moved to Colorado in 2018. Outside the office, he loves spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their daughters, Priya and Kiran. He is an avid Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames fan and enjoys playing hockey and basketball.

Shannon Mangat, FNP-C

Shannon Mangat, FNP-C, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner at SEVA Concierge Medicine (Seva Family Medicine). Alongside her husband, Dr. Gurvinder Mangat, she helps families in Parker, Colorado, care for their health through a personal, holistic approach.
Shannon earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family practice at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She brings more than 10 years of experience as a registered nurse in critical care to her work with patients.
She is passionate about providing thoughtful, comprehensive care that supports the long-term health of patients and their loved ones. Originally from Tennessee, Shannon loves living in Colorado with her husband and their daughters.
When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Marion Hufford, FNP-C
Accepting new insurance-based patients.
Marion Hufford, FNP-C, brings a longstanding interest in health, nutrition, and fitness to her care at SEVA. She earned a degree in Nutrition and Fitness from Colorado State University in 1996 and spent many years teaching fitness classes.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Colorado College of Nursing in 2010, followed by a master’s degree in nursing with a family practice focus in 2018. Despite her ties to both universities, her school spirit belongs to the CSU Rams.
Outside the clinic, Marion enjoys time with her husband and their six grown children. Her favorite activities include cycling, hiking, snowshoeing, travel, exercise, cooking, camping, and canoeing. She enjoys helping patients work toward their own health and wellness goals.

Patients told us they wanted longer conversations, easier access, and a proactive approach to health. Concierge membership allows a smaller panel and more individualized attention while covered medical services continue to be billed to insurance under the membership agreement.
