Primary & acute care
Visits for new symptoms, illness, medication questions, and routine primary care needs. Scheduling and treatment depend on clinical appropriateness and availability.
From everyday concerns to a long-term prevention plan, we help you make sense of your health and navigate the next step.
We want to understand both what you are experiencing and what may be contributing to it. Longer conversations let us consider your medical history, medications, family history, nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress, and goals together.
Our approach brings conventional, evidence-based family medicine together with an emphasis on individualized care, lifestyle, and underlying contributors—principles also emphasized in functional medicine. These principles complement appropriate medications, specialist referrals, and established treatments.
We investigate possible causes when clinically appropriate, explain what is known and uncertain, and create a practical plan with you. We do not promise a single root cause or a cure for every concern, and tests or supplements are recommended only when there is a clinical reason to consider them.
We practice evidence-based family medicine with a whole-person approach; we do not claim functional or integrative medicine certification. Read about our approach.
