Fatigue. Brain fog. Lower drive. A sense that your metabolism has slowed, or changes in strength and intimacy. You know when something feels different. We take time to listen, explore possible causes, and discuss whether intramuscular (IM) testosterone therapy is right for you.
These symptoms can have several causes. Symptoms alone do not establish low testosterone.
Perhaps your sex drive has changed, your usual workout feels harder, or you feel less motivated. These changes deserve a conversation—not a rushed explanation.
Low testosterone is one possible cause. We also consider sleep, stress, medications, and other health conditions so your care addresses what is actually going on.

Diagnosis requires symptoms and consistently low testosterone, confirmed with repeat morning testing. Further evaluation helps identify the cause.
If treatment is appropriate, we explain the potential benefits, risks, injection schedule, and monitoring. You have a voice in each decision.
IM testosterone is delivered by injection into a muscle on a prescribed schedule. Your dose and follow-up are tailored to your diagnosis, symptoms, lab results, and response.
We review injection technique and safe use, track how you feel, and adjust your plan when needed. Injections can cause discomfort, and some people notice fluctuations between doses.
Concierge patients receive discounted IM testosterone directly from the clinic—without a separate pharmacy trip or waiting for insurance approval for clinic-purchased medication.
Dose-dependent medication pricing. TRT is a separate purchase from membership. We’ll confirm your dose, availability, and any supply, administration, visit, or monitoring costs before treatment.

Transdermal testosterone is absorbed through the skin as a cream or gel and may be an alternative to IM injections for an appropriate diagnosis. Your provider reviews the formulation, application instructions, monitoring, and costs with you.
For women, changes in libido can deserve a thoughtful hormone-health conversation. The strongest evidence supports carefully monitored transdermal testosterone for persistent low sexual desire that causes distress in postmenopausal women, after other contributing factors have been addressed. Use in women is off-label in the United States.
Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and a feeling of slower metabolism also deserve attention. They can have many causes; testosterone is not an established treatment for these symptoms alone. We’ll listen and evaluate the whole picture before recommending a plan.
Discuss your hormone-health goals ↗Follow-up looks at your symptoms as well as testosterone levels, blood counts, and blood pressure. Prostate assessment and other monitoring are individualized. Testosterone can reduce sperm production, raise red blood cell counts and blood pressure, and cause acne; certain conditions can make treatment unsuitable.
It may help when confirmed low testosterone is contributing to your fatigue. Keep in mind that fatigue has many causes. We consider testosterone only when your symptoms, testing, and medical evaluation support treatment. Benefits and response vary.
Tell us before starting. Testosterone can suppress sperm production, and your fertility goals may call for a different approach.
